Exchange & Refund Policy

We aim to facilitate all our valuable clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, provided that the purchase was made in Pakistan, and at our online store only.

 

  • Any article purchased can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase directly by contacting our Customer Care or receipt by courier.
  • Articles are qualified for change if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and proof of purchase is present. Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.
  • Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon or code of same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or for a defined period of time. Please study your coupon carefully for further details.
  • The customer is responsible to ensure that the returned products reach to us safely and in its original condition as delivered. Customer will be solely responsible for any damage and Souk Galleria has the right to refuse or reserve the return if the exchange and return criteria is not met.
  • These conditions apply to non-sale orders only. For sale or discounted orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than normal.
  • Any kind of fragrances cannot be exchanged or returned. We hope you, as one of our valued customers, support our ethos and understand.
