Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation code will be sent to you via email or text.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.
- If you would like to edit or cancel an order, our customer service team must be notified within 2 hours of when the order was placed. If the order is placed outside of business hours, please notify customer service as soon as possible and the order will be adjusted in the first two hours of the next business day. After the 2-hour window, we will not be able to cancel or make edits to the order.
- We are not responsible for shipping addresses that are entered incorrectly at check out. If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout, customer service must be notified within the 2-hour window to make the corrections. After the 2-hour window, we will not be able to cancel or make edits to the order and we will not be able to submit a refund for the error.
- If your order has arrived damaged, please contact customer service at +92 331 9554310 or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. You must keep the damaged items until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item we will not be able to honor the claim.
Your package will be shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except national holidays). In the event that your item(s) is/are unavailable, you will be notified via E-Mail or Text.
